Confirmed failure
Credits are reserved when a task is created. A confirmed failed generation releases that reservation. This prevents a failed generation from consuming the reserved balance. A credit release is not a refund of a payment.
Delayed or uncertain requests
If a submission outcome cannot be confirmed, the existing task stays under review. It is not automatically submitted to the provider again. Check My videos rather than buying or starting a replacement task while its outcome is unknown.
Delivery errors
If generation is complete but saving or processing the output fails, use Retry delivery where available. That action reprocesses delivery and does not request another model generation.
Preview payments
The current checkout is simulated and does not charge real money. The project therefore has no live paid purchase to refund. Production refund periods, support contact and any quality remedy must be defined before accepting real payments.
